Abstract

Bloomberg Vault (Bvault) is a massive, scalable, cloud-based archiving and e-discovery solution for electronic communications and has been adopted by more than 800 enterprises, processing more than 220 million daily messages and archived more than 90 billion communication objects. We share some of the unique challenges in building a multi-tenant data platform and discuss the key role Apache Accumulo plays in the overall solution.
